Yes! NFC is built into every modern iPhone and Android device. Customers don't need to download anything, scan a QR code, or open an app. One tap opens the feedback page directly in their browser.

Can I use my own Google/Yelp links?

Absolutely. During onboarding you provide your Google, Yelp, Facebook, or any other review page link. When a customer leaves a 4 or 5 star rating, Reputap redirects them straight to that exact URL so they can post a public review.

How many NFC devices do I need?

It depends on your setup. A single-location café might start with 2–3 tags at tables and one at the counter. A multi-location business or franchise would benefit from the Professional or Enterprise plan. We'll help you figure out the right number on your demo call.

Do customers need to create an account?

No. The feedback form is completely open — no login, no sign-up, no friction. The less steps between a customer and their feedback, the more responses you get. They tap, they rate, they're done in under 30 seconds.

What happens to negative feedback?
